Sarasota-based wealth management firm adds new director

A new director of operations and chief compliance officer with over 16 years of experience has joined WealthGen Advisors in Sarasota. 

The financial advisory firm appointed Richard Rayles to the position where he will oversee day-to-day operations, client services and manage operational efficiency. 

"His extensive experience and expertise in the financial and investment industry will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operations and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and compliance standards," Ken Hargreaves, president of the firm, says in a release.
