Coldwell Banker Realty has named Duff Rubin, a one-time executive for the realty giant in Sarasota, as president of its Southeast division.
In his new role, based in Miami, Rubin will oversee 124 offices and over 13,000 real estate professionals throughout Atlanta, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and the mid-Atlantic region, which includes Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey, New York and North Carolina. The 124 offices Rubin will be overseeing now brought in nearly $35 billion in total sales volume in 2022, according to a statement.
Rubin has held several roles with the residential real estate company including as general manager, president and regional senior vice president, all for the company’s Florida region. During that time, Rubin led the company through new developments and acquisitions that impacted the entire state, a press release reads.
He was also the former managing director of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Florida where he oversaw offices in Naples, Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando and South Florida.
