A number of homebuilders in a Parrish master-planned community are nearing sellouts, as more development is underway.

North River Ranch, a development by Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Land & Neighborhoods, features three neighborhoods: Brightwood, Riverfield and Wildleaf.

Pulte Homes, one of the community’s homebuilders, only has one home left of 86 to sell in the Brightwood Neighborhood after starting sales last year. That neighborhood also features homes by KB Home, a California-based homebuilder, and Park Square Homes, Orlando, which have been selling homes since the fall of 2020. KB Home has sold 120 of 127 and Park Square, with 97 homes, has sold 89.

In the Riverfield Neighborhood, Neal Communities has sold 144 of its 150 town homes after sales started in early 2021.

“We have a great deal happening here at North River Ranch,” John Neal, president of Neal Land & Neighborhoods, says in a release.

Neal points to Camp Creek, an amenity center and future location for North River Ranch middle school, which was recently announced, and a wellness-focused center that was announced last year with HCA Healthcare of Florida as the hospital provider. Additionally, the community saw construction begin this spring on Market Walk, a shopping center anchored by Publix, which is expected to open by the end of this year.

“These centers,” he says, “will bring a range of valuable services within walking or biking distance from anywhere in the community.”
