Anna Maria Island house on the market for $9.95 million

The waterfront home is at least the second house on Manatee's Holmes Beach to come up for sale in a week.

House at 699 Key Royale Drive in Holmes Beach has been put up for sale with an asking price of $9.95 million.

A renovated house on Anna Maria Island has been listed for $9.95 million.

The home is at 699 Key Royale Drive in Holmes Beach and has views of the Anna Maria Sound and Tampa Bay. It sits on the Key Royale golf course

According to Coldwell Banker, the 5,118-square-foot home has been completely renovated with new floors, a new roof and “everything in between.”

The four-bedroom house includes outdoor entertaining areas with a heated pool and spa as well as a deep-water dock with a 14,000-pound boat lift. The garage fits four vehicles and there are additional rooms that could be used to create up to two additional bedrooms.

The home is being sold fully furnished and decorated.

This is the second house in Manatee County’s Holmes Beach Coldwell has listed in just a matter of a week. The other is less than three miles away and owned by Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Mark Melancon.

That 5,921-square-foot house on 70th Street is on the market for $10.95 million.
