Centex, a division of prominent national homebuilder PulteGroup Inc. (NYSE: PHM), officially opened its latest Polk County community, Lake Alfred Pines, on March 25.
According to a news release, Lake Alfred Pines — located at the intersection of Old Lake Alfred Road and North Buena Vista Drive, offers a wide variety of single-family homes that combine functionality and affordability. Buyers can choose from one- and two-story homes with three to five bedrooms, two- to three-and-a-half baths and two-car garages.
Four different floor plans are available, the release states, and prices start at $309,000. Features include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and Smart Home technology.
“Lake Alfred, like much of the Lakeland and Winter Haven area, is experiencing an influx of new residents and families who want to retire or raise their children in an up-and-coming community,” states Sean Strickler, president of PulteGroup’s west Florida division. “We’re excited to offer high-quality, well-designed and affordable homes in a community where homeowners will make meaningful memories in years to come.”
PulteGroup reported gross revenue of $16.23 billion in 2022, up from $13.93 billion in 2021, an increase of nearly 17%.
