A Temple Terrace office building about 10 minutes from the University of South Florida has sold for $14.5 million.

The 104,800-square-foot building at 12906 Tampa Oaks Blvd. went to an unnamed buyer.

The building is Tampa Oaks II, just off of Interstate 75, north of Interstate 4 and east of the university. It was built in 2008 and current tenants include Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., Fieldstone A&E and Home Encounter LLCA.

CBRE represented the seller, commercial real estate firm TerraCap Management, and the buyer was represented by agents working in the firm’s Las Vegas office. A CBRE spokeswoman says the buyer asked not be named. County property records have not yet been updated.

TerraCap, according to the county property records, bought the building through an LLC in 2016 for $12.94 million. The company has Florida offices in Tampa and Naples.

Tampa property management firm Harvard Pacific will manage the building.
