Arrive Logistics, a Texas transportation and technology company, has opened a new office in Tampa and plans to hire as many as 200 people, 100 of them in the first year.

The new office is a 26,000-square-foot space on Eisenhower Boulevard near the Westshore commercial district.

The company opened the office Nov. 7 with 47 employees and plans to begin hiring soon as part of a growth plan that includes adding 3,000 jobs companywide by 2025.

Arrive says the new office is similar to its more than 120,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Austin with modern amenities, open office layout and space for training.

The company, according to its website, automates and creates digital tools for shippers and carriers. It currently has 1,500 employees and expects $2.4 billion in revenue for 2022.

The new Tampa office is its fourth, with a Chicago office opening in 2016 and a San Antonio office opening in July. It plans to open more offices in the next couple of years. The growth is driven by a $300 million fundraising round in 2021.

Scott Sandager, Arrive’s chief of staff, says in a statement announcing the Tampa expansion that it considers several options before opening a new office.

“Additional locations position our team to be closer to shippers and carriers while ensuring we’re able to expand into new talent markets across the U.S.”
