More apartments are coming to Pasco County.

An undisclosed buyer has bought a 22-acre parcel of property and intends to build 420 luxury apartments on the site. The property sold for $18.8 million.

According to the Eshenbaugh Land Co., the property is located along State Road 56 in Wesley Chapel in the Wyndfields housing development.

Eshenbaugh represented the seller, “a longtime private Pasco landholder.”

This is the second major apartment development announced in the county in the past two months.

In September, Atlanta developer RangeWater Real Estate said it was building a 288-unit development at 33100 Eiland Blvd. in Wesley Chapel on 20 acres near State Road 54.
