SARASOTA — Four new partners are stepping up to the plate at full-service law firm Berlin Patten Ebling PLLC.

The firm announced Natasha Selvaraj, Rachel Drude-Tomori, Daniel Guarnieri and Andrew Conaboy became the newest partners in January.

“We are thrilled to welcome Natasha, Rachel, Daniel and Andrew to the partnership,” says Evan Berlin, managing partner and attorney. “All four excel at their craft and embrace the culture of excellence, teamwork and collegiality that sets BPE apart from other firms."

Selvaraj’s practice is focused around commercial and residential real estate transactions, condominium development, and developer representation while also managing the firm’s Lakewood Ranch office.

In the St. Petersburg office, Drude-Tomori leads the probate and trust administration practice.

The managing partner in Venice, Conaboy, is focused primarily on residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Guarnieri manages the Sarasota litigation group. The new partner’s practice includes residential and commercial litigation, corporate matters and maritime litigation.

“They have proven to be trusted advisors in their roles and leaders within the firm,” Berlin continues in the news release. “We are proud of what they have accomplished in their time at BPE.”

The firm has five offices in the area with an emphasis on real estate, estate planning, probate, corporate matters and commercial litigation.
