Nearly 5,000-square-foot Punta Gorda space brings more than $1 million

Office and retail complex on .24 acres in downtown sells to investors

PUNTA GORDA — A 4,946-square-foot office and retail complex in Punta Gorda has sold for $1.19 million.

The property at 122 Nesbit St., on the corner of E. Marion Avenue, went to Twin Oaks LLC and the Vicki Lee Aman and Family Trust.

Among the current residents are a bakery, court reporter and law firm.

Justin Thibaut, president and chairman of LSI Cos., which brokered the deal, says in an email that the “owners purchased the property as a long-term hold investment.”

According to LoopNet, the property in Punta Gorda’s city center is .24 acres.
