St. Petersburg firm opens latest assisted-living facility

Solutions Advisors Group’s Sunscape Daytona Beach caters to active seniors as well as memory-care patients.

ST. PETERSBURG — Solutions Advisors Group, a St. Petersburg company whose holdings include property management firm Solvere Living and marketing agency SA Digital, plans to open Sunscape Daytona Beach – an assisted living and memory care community — on Thursday, March 17.

The facility’s amenities, according to a news release, include a dining and entertainment terrace, bocce ball court, movie theater and several walking trails. A grand opening celebration will take place at 3 p.m. on the 17th at 551 N. Williamson Blvd., Daytona Beach.

The event will feature casino games that will help raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association.

“We’re excited to celebrate the grand opening of Sunscape Daytona Beach,” Solvere Living CEO Kristin Ward states in the release. “With over 24 percent of our population aged 65 and over, Volusia County has an acute need for retirement communities that provide a high level of care in a safe environment.”

Founded in 2009, Solutions Advisors has offices in St. Pete and Richmond, Va. Solvere Living operates senior-living facilities in California, Florida, Missouri, New Jersey, Tennessee and Texas.
