According to a news release, Brynjolfsson — who recently made news when he raised the company’s starting minimum wage to $20 per hour — will become CEO and executive strategy adviser.

Prior to joining Volt, the release states, DiNardi served as CEO of CM Partner USA, where he led the company’s North American divisions in the design, development and manufacturing of electronic products and assemblies. He has more than 30 years of experience in the electronics and lighting industries and has also worked for Hubbell Lighting and Ideal Industries.

"John is the consummate executive entrepreneur with deep expertise in industrial manufacturing and a track record of driving growth within organizations,” Brynjolfsson states in the release. “These qualities will be a tremendous asset to Volt as we continue to scale our business and build for the future. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with John, and we look forward to growing under the care of his leadership."
