As sales at master-planned community North River Ranch in Parrish remain steady, a new neighborhood is already underway.

Wildleaf, the third in the community, will offer 377 villas and single-family homes. It comes as the community’s neighborhood Brightwood is nearly sold out. The pricing for Wildleaf has yet to be announced, but home sales at Brightwood were listed between $300,000 and $800,000.

North River Ranch is a project developed by Neal Land & Neighborhoods, which is based in Manatee and Sarasota counties.

“The home builders at North River Ranch are focused on marketing their quick move-in homes available in our Brightwood and Riverfield neighborhoods,” John Neal, president of Neal Land & Neighborhoods, says in a release. “We still have 72 homesites to finalize with a home builder ready for sale this fall in our third neighborhood, Wildleaf, and as we continue on track with development, discussions have opened with home builders for our future phases.”

The future phases include new amenities like the Riverfield Park, which is expected to open in August. The park will feature a playground and concrete foosball and table tennis. In September, a dog park and the first 9 miles of a trail that connects the first two neighborhoods will open.
