Tampa firm adds shareholder, three associates to business law practice groups

K. Clayton Bricklemyer, Steven Cline, Quinn Cockrell and Angelica Piñeiro have joined Hill Ward Henderson.

Hill Ward Henderson, a Tampa law firm, has hired attorney K. Clayton Bricklemyer as a shareholder; he will practice in the firm’s real estate and land use group, according to a news release, focusing on cases involving developers, landowners and development.

Also joining the firm as associates are Steven Cline, Quinn Cockrell and Angelica Piñeiro.

Cline, the release states, will be part of Hill Ward Henderson’s Commercial Litigation group. His practice focuses on general and complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state court.

Cockrell will practice in the firm’s corporate and tax group, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, as well as general corporate advice.

Piñeiro, meanwhile, has been assigned to the construction litigation group. Her practice focuses on the litigation of claims relating to construction defect disputes, contract disputes and lien foreclosure actions.
