TAMPA — Following in the footsteps of Shake Shack and BellaBrava, another prominent restaurant brand has leased space at Midtown Tampa, the city’s new 23-acre, $500 million mixed-use development.

According to a news release, Phoenix-based True Food Kitchen plans to open its fifth restaurant in Florida — and 40th overall — Feb. 28. As it gears up for its grand opening, the seasonally inspired restaurant is holding a job fair over the next three weeks to fill more than 130 positions, ranging from servers and bartenders to hostesses, chefs, cooks and dishwashers.

Benefits, the release states, include competitive salaries, restaurant discounts, professional mentorship and growth opportunities.

Applicants can apply in person at the restaurant, located at 3645 Midtown Drive, Tampa, or online.
