TAMPA — Hall Booth Smith has added four attorneys to its Tampa office, including two partners, as the firm expands to better serve its health care clients in Florida.
Frances Prockop and Theresa Domenico have been named partners, according to a news release, while Alexis Connell will serve in an of counsel role. Gina Griffith has joined the firm’s Tampa office as an associate.

She litigates for physicians, nurses, administrators, insurers and other health care professionals, in addition to counseling nursing homes and other aging care providers on Medicare and Medicaid compliance, risk management, malpractice litigation and business management.
Connell, according to the release, brings more than 15 years of legal experience to her of counsel role at Hall Booth Smith. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice, aging services and general liability litigation defense.
Griffith has a track record of defending hospitals, physician groups and other health care organizations and professionals in a wide range of medical malpractice cases. She also handles premises liability and general liability claims.
“We are delighted to welcome Frances, Theresa, Alexis and Gina to the HBS team in Tampa,” states Ryan Rivas, a Hall Booth Smith partner who oversees the firm’s Tampa office, in the release. “They are highly experienced and will help us to provide stronger service to clients in the health care industry in Central Florida.”
