PASCO COUNTY — NVGTN, an online fitness and lifestyle wear company, is investing $15 million to build a new 100,000-square-foot headquarters in Pasco County.
The Clearwater-based company, whose name is pronounced navigation, has bought property in the Trinity Corporate Center, where it plans to build the facility for its customer service and fulfillment operations. It plans to hire 30 full-time employees.
The project is currently in permitting and construction could begin in the next couple months. The goal is to finish and open by the end of 2022.
NVGTN currently operates out of a 53,000-square-foot corporate and warehouse space in Clearwater.
According to a press release from the Pasco County’s Economic Development Council, NVGTN, which now employs 60 part-time employees, was looking for a new headquarters location to accommodate growth. The company, which started in 2018, introduces new lines every two to three months and can have many as 50,000 orders.
Brett and Ashleigh Schneggenburger started the company — in a studio apartment — to address a need they saw for form-flattering activewear for everyone that was both trendy and affordable. It now ships its products to customers in 170 countries. The building, the company says, will allow it to streamline operations.
Brett Schneggenburger, NVGTN’s CEO, says the “new facility will provide improved logistics, innovation and sustainability efforts that we’re excited to integrate.”
The corporate center is located between Trinity Boulevard and State Road 54.
