David Celliti has joined Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney as a shareholder in the national law firm’s Tampa office.

According to a news release, Celliti has more than 20 years of experience in helping middle-market companies handle mergers and acquisitions, as well as many other corporate transactions. He also provides strategic planning and compliance services.

“Dave is an excellent addition to the firm,” states Jennifer Minter, a shareholder and chair of the firm’s corporate section, in the release. “M&A activity continues to be a driver in legal work, and his focus in corporate transactions will continue to build this practice and deepen our corporate bench in Florida.”

Celliti, the release states, is a South Tampa resident and recently graduated from Tampa Bay Chamber’s Leadership Tampa program.

“Dave is a leader in corporate law and exactly who we need to continue the growth in our Tampa office,” states Hala Sandridge, a shareholder and co-head of the firm’s Tampa office, in the release. “His work with clients across industries is aligned with our full-service capabilities.”
