Construction is set to begin this fall on a 12-acre luxury residential community in Naples.

The community, Palisades, is on Yarberry Lane in north Naples and will feature 25 single-family custom homes. It’s being built by Fort Myers-based Seagate Development Group, which has another community in the works not too far away, Windward Isle.

The new community will be near Mercato, Waterside Shops and Clam Pass Park.

According to a statement from Seagate, Palisades will be similar to Windward Isle “in terms of customization.”

James Nulf, Jr., a partner and chief operating officer at Seagate, says in the statement that the company is working with Fort Myers-based Theory Design on design concepts to “deliver comfortable luxury” in the exclusive community.

“Everything from the layouts to the finishes will be done with our sophisticated, discerning clients in mind,” he says.

A company spokeswoman say floor plans and renderings are currently in the works.

Seagate recently launched an all-inclusive concierge estate division for luxury residences throughout Southwest Florida. This includes three service packages, as well as an a la carte menu of services “designed to address every component of homeowners’ desired care for their residence.”

The packages are categorized by estate management hours spent on specific weekly and monthly visual and operational inspection services, as well as hurricane preparations. The team will also work with carefully vetted trade partners on certain specialty services, the company said in March when it announced Seagate Estate Management.

Seagate specializes in new construction, custom renovations, interior design and management and leasing services. Among its high-profile projects are NeoGenomics’ $60-million global headquarters and Scotlynn USA Division Inc.’s 60,000-square-foot North American corporate headquarters. Both are in Fort Myers.
