An 18-story condominium project has entered the last leg of sales as 75% of the building has already sold out.

The DeMarcay in downtown Sarasota has 10 homes remaining with move-ins expected to take place next summer. Construction on the lower level and foundation have been completed with crews moving on to the fourth-level shear walls with pouring concrete for the fourth floor deck as the next task on the list.

“With home inventory quickly dwindling, we are thrilled that we can still offer home buyers a great selection of floor plans in varying price points,” says Lisa Allen, sales manager at The DeMarcay Residences, in a release.

The penthouse floor plans will begin on the 13th floor offering 3,407 square feet of space. The homes will feature high ceilings, gourmet kitchens and two terraces, among other luxuries.

Residents also have access to a rooftop pool and clubroom with on-site staff and valet parking. The 39-unit project is located across the street from the DeMarcay sales gallery on Palm Avenue.

“We expect the last homes to sell out quickly,” says Greg Kveton, principal with GK Real Estate, the developer of The DeMarcay, “and prospective buyers still have the opportunity to pick out their interior features and make color selections.”
