Manatee County hosts job fair to fill 250 positions

With 250 job openings, the Manatee County government is turning to a job fair for help. 

The job fair at the Bradenton Area Convention Center in Palmetto will take place from 3-6 p.m. Wednesday, April 20.

"I hope local candidates will stop by and learn about our outstanding opportunities and benefits as part of a fulfilling career with Manatee County government," says Interim Director of Human Resources Julie Bassett in a release. “It’s an awesome opportunity for anyone seeking a career in public service." 

Hiring managers and representatives will be in attendance for the positions open with the government, Manatee County Sheriff and Manatee County Schools. The job opportunities range from administrative assistant to building trades worker and beach lifeguard.
