Venice senior living community construction begins — set to bring 200 apartments

The luxury apartments will be located within master-planned community Wellen Park.

VENICE — Construction on a luxury senior living community in south Sarasota County recently began. 

The announcement came from national developer, Ryan Cos. US Inc. and Grand Living Management along with the financial closing. The community will be located within Wellen Park, which is a master-planned community located along U.S. 41 in south Sarasota County. The project is expected to bring nearly 200 apartments to the area.
