Luxury movie theatre chain plans new location in region

CMX CinéBistro has two other locations on Florida’s west coast.

NAPLES — CMX CinéBistro, a movie theatre chain known for its full in-theatre dining service, is opening a location in Naples.

The location, CMX CinéBistro Coastland, in the Coastland Shopping Center, is scheduled to open Oct. 1, according to a statement. It will have six state-of-the-art screens and luxurious recliners, the release adds. CMX CinéBistro plans to hire at least 80 people to staff the theatre, including positions both on the culinary and film teams.

“Our mission at CMX CinéBistro is to provide our guests with an elevated dining and movie-going experience,” said Matthew Russell, CMX CinéBistro USA Vice President of Operations Matthew Russell says in a statement. “We are beyond thrilled to be part of the greater Naples community.”  

CMX Cinemas, through the acquisition of Cobb Theatres and CinéBistro has become one of the largest movie theatre chains in the country, with 32 locations, 358 screens and over 2,000 employees. Other CMX CinéBistro locations are in Sarasota, at the Crossings at Siesta Key, and Hyde Park in Tampa.
