FORT MYERS — Mike Christopher has been named a vice president of property management and facility services at Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida.
Christopher, who joined the brokerage earlier this year as a property manager, will oversee project management, facilities services and other potential revenue sources, according to a statement. He will also be the primary relationship manager with owner management, tenant operations and property management contracts.
Christopher has 30 years of experience working on corporate construction projects and facility initiatives.
“Mike has outstanding experience with strategic growth and in building efficient and effective operations,” Gary Tasman, CEO and principal broker, says in the release.
Christopher holds a bachelor of science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.
The brokerage announced early this summer that between March and June it brokered $113.9 million in aggregate sales and lease agreements totaling $7.3 million.
Among its sales was the Gulfcoast Industrial Campus on Lee Rd. in South Fort Myers, which sold for $39.7 million
