NAPLES — Custom homebuilder and developer London Bay has named veteran industry leader Craig Klingensmith vice president for its affiliate, London Bay Development Group.

Before joining London Bay Development Group, Klingensmith was a president for Coastal Construction, one of the largest contractors in Florida, according to a statement. He’s also worked for WCI Communities and Lennar, and has more than 20 years of experience in the high-rise market in the Florida and Northeast regions. He’s managed numerous highly amenitized luxury condominium projects in New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Tampa, Naples and Marco Island, the release adds.

“Craig brings a broad and unique skill set in both luxury residential buildings and construction management that will be a valuable addition as we expand our footprint in the region,” London Bay President and CEO Mark Wilson says in the release. “Through his extensive background, he understands the nuances that are critical to creating an unparalleled lifestyle that will have lasting value for our homeowners and community partners. We are excited to have him as part of our leadership team.”
