TAMPA — A Philadelphia real estate entrepreneur has bought six local Keller Williams brokerages from the Chadwick Group.
Noah Ostroff, operating principal of a Keller Williams Philly, took over the brokerages in August. He says in an email that a confidentiality agreement prevents him from disclosing the purchase prices.
According to a press release announcing the sale, the six brokerages include KW South Tampa, KW St. Petersburg, KW Suburban Tampa in Brandon, KW Gulf Beaches in St. Pete Beach, KW South Shore in Apollo Beach and KW Seminole.
The combined agencies have more than 1,300 agents and last year with about 10,000 transactions totaling $3 billion in sales volume and more than $80 Million in revenue, according to the release.
The combined brokerages will keep their public names but will be known internally as KW Impact.
As for the company’s staff, Ostroff says they will be staying on as will Kevin Chadwick, principal of the Chadwick Group.
Jake Dreyfuss, Ostroff’s business partner, will be the general manager of all the brokerages.
“We will of course be adding support for our agents and bringing in an entirely new marketing department for the benefit of the agents as well as other support for them so they can grow their businesses and stay focused on the highest and best use which is sales,” he writes in the email.
