SARASOTA — A luxury apartment community surpassed the 60% leased mark just 90 days after pre-leasing began. 

Citria at Fruitville Commons in Sarasota features a total of 300 apartments in four 4-story buildings. The complex is part of Stock Development’s Luxury Apartment Living division.
