LSI Cos. Inc. has named Rhonda Brewer senior vice president of land services, a senior executive-level position from which she’ll direct all zoning, permitting, entitlement work and feasibility analysis.

As the head of the Fort Myers-based commercial real estate brokerage’s land services, Brewer will oversee a three-person department and co-ordinate work with regulatory agencies such as the Southwest Florida Water Management District. Brewer joined LSI from homebuilder and developer WCI Communities.

“Her experience is quite extensive, and her skills fit exactly what we need to provide these services to clients at a high level,” says Justin Thibaut, LSI’s president. “The title and position are fitting with what she brings to the table.”

Brewer, who becomes the company’s only senior vice president and one of only a handful of C-Suite executives, has over two decades of real estate experience and has developed several master-planned communities throughout Florida.
