Tenants added to Waterside portfolio

A pub, exercise studio and barber join the growing list of tenants

LAKEWOOD RANCH — Master-planned community Lakewood Ranch recently announced the addition of three tenants in the new Waterside Place community. The tenants include: 

  • Good Liquid Brewing Co., a craft brewery and gastropub with a location in Bradenton;
  • 3 Form Fitness, a fitness studio; and 
  • ManCave for Men, a luxury barbershop

These tenants are set to join previously announced tenants: O&A Coffee Supply, CROPjuice, Duck Donuts, Korê, Derek The Salon, PAINT Nail Bar, SmithLaw, The Yoga Shack and Kilwins, according to a statement. 

The 36-acre Waterside Place development is expected to open late summer 2021. The destination will serve as a retail, dining, wellness and entertainment hub for the area overlooking the Kingfisher Lake.

In total, Waterside Place will include 844 apartments, 22 townhomes as well as shops, restaurants, office space and an eight-acre park. It will also be home for The Players Centre for Performing Arts. In the future, the community plans to host festivals and farmers’ markets, the release states.
