Leading real estate brokerage names new CFO

NAPLES — Premier Sotheby’s International Realty announced has named Chip Dardaman CFO.

Dardaman will work out of the brokerage’s Naples headquarters, reporting to President and CEO Budge Huskey, according to a statement. He will provide financial oversight for the company, which handles $7.1 billion in revenue annually and is the No. 2 affiliate in the Sotheby’s International Realty global network.

“I am pleased to welcome Chip to our leadership team,” says Huskey in the release. “His financial acumen and extensive experience related to real estate and development make him a great fit for our team.”

A CPA, Dardaman began his career as a controller with venture capital wireless companies. He later transitioned into real estate and construction, where he served as CFO and COO for over 15 years at several companies, including Seda Construction and Archer Road properties in Jacksonville. Dardaman has an MBA from Mississippi College.
