Design, remodeling supplier promotes two to regional VP of sales roles

SARASOTA — Florida Design Works has promoted Kim Kelly and James McKinney to regional vice president of sales.

In the newly expanded roles, Kelly and McKinney will oversee daily sales operations of their territories, focusing on revenue growth, relationship building, product selection and inventory control. They will also work to train, develop and grow the showroom teams to exceed their sales goals in tile, cabinetry and flooring for kitchens, baths and other home projects, according to a press release.
