CenterPlace is a federally qualified health center that provides high-quality, low-cost health care to Sarasota County families, according to a press release. CenterPlace Health nearly doubled its service capacity earlier this year with the addition of two new medical and dental clinic sites in Sarasota and Venice. The health center's assets are reported at $2,309,991.

“Our primary focus at CenterPlace Health is to provide efficient and effective delivery of quality, affordable health services to all demographics,” Melissa Parker, CEO, says in

the release. “Throughout the pandemic we saw the need for an increase in our health care services among all ages.”

The new hires will support efforts to scale services to further the health center’s reach in the community.

As CFO, Green will manage all finance-related issues including accounting, billing, credentialing, and compliance mandates. Gonzalez-Abello will supervise the recruitment and retention of providers, oversight of the quality assurance initiatives, as well providing leadership and mentoring to the clinical staff. Guttman will bring a strategic approach to recruit, lead, and develop staff in order to support a positive and productive workplace culture.

“I am excited to welcome three new exceptional leaders who will each play a pivotal role in bringing CenterPlace Health care to families across Sarasota county,” Parker says.
