SARASOTA — Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida has named Victoria Rivadeneira regional vice president for the company’s Southwest region.
In this role, she will oversee affiliated sales associates and managing brokers in 19 offices from Manatee County through Collier County, according to a press release.
"Victoria is an innovative and driven leader who provides vision and accountability for her team and already has a very successful track record in real estate and corporate leadership,” says Duff Rubin, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida, in the statement. “I am confident that she will be an asset to our company and will work to support our affiliated agents in achieving their business results, now and long into the future.”
Sarasota-based Rivadeneira brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience as a licensed broker in New York, where she also served as divisional president, overseeing operations for the Northeast Division for Exit Realty International.
Upon relocating to Florida, she joined with Re/Max and assisted a franchisee with growth and productivity in 14 offices across New Jersey and Florida. In six months, she led an underperforming office from a relaunch to the brand’s Top 50 list for growth during the pandemic, the release says.
“Having been a top-producing agent, the owner of both an independent and branded office, a regional leader and a divisional president, I’ve learned this business from every level," says Rivadeneira in the statement. "In being able to understand the challenges real estate agents face, I can best support our affiliated agents in the robust market in Southwest Florida."
Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida has approximately 80 offices and 7,100 affiliated sales associates. Coldwell Banker Realty is owned by a subsidiary of Realogy Holdings Corp.
