LUTZ — Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has begun construction on Livingston Grove in Lutz, a new gated community planned for 32 residences on half-acre lots in the fast-growing section of Tampa Bay.
Work on an on-site model home and sales center is underway, and Toll Brothers anticipates kicking off sales in the near future.
Livingston Grove will contain six different single- and two-story home designs ranging from 2,872 square feet to 4,272 square feet. Prices in the new community will start in the low $500,000s, the company says in a statement.
“With its prime location and impressive selection of estate home designs on half-acre lots, Livingston Grove will offer residents the perfect balance of relaxed, suburban living and all that the Tampa Bay region has to offer,” said Chris Ryan, division president of Toll Brothers’ Tampa and Sarasota operation. in the statement.
“All homes will be built with the commitment to quality, value and craftsmanship for which Toll Brothers is known.”
Homes in the community, at the intersection of Newberger Road and Livingston Avenue in Lutz, just west of Interstate 275, will feature “contemporary architectural details, spacious living areas, gourmet kitchens and expansive primary bedroom suites,” the company notes.
Buyers also will be able to personalize their options through Toll Brothers Design Studio.
In addition to Livingston Grove, Toll Brothers also is working on new communities in Lakewood Ranch — The Isles at Lakewood Ranch — and in Venice, with Toll Brothers Venice Woodlands.
Founded in 1967, Horsham, Pa.-based Toll Brothers is the eighth-largest residential builder in the U.S. The publicly traded company currently operates in 24 states and last year generated more than $7 billion in revenue.
