Builder starts construction on 32-home gated community

Gated Livingston Grove will contain 32 estate homes on half-acre lots in fast-growing section of Tampa Bay.

LUTZ — Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has begun construction on Livingston Grove in Lutz, a new gated community planned for 32 residences on half-acre lots in the fast-growing section of Tampa Bay.

Work on an on-site model home and sales center is underway, and Toll Brothers anticipates kicking off sales in the near future.
