Largest riverfront property in Bradenton listed for nearly $13M

The 5-acre property is situated on the water with two homes.

BRADENTON — The “crown jewel” of Bradenton’s Manatee Riverfront just went on the market.

The largest of the riverfront properties there has been listed for $12.9 million, according to a statement. Situated along Riverview Boulevard in Bradenton, the 5.16 acre property is one of the largest open deep-water parcels on the state’s west coast, the release adds. The property was listed by the Travis Group at Re/Max Alliance Group.

The main house on the property boasts 5,975 square feet of space. The other home on the property offers 1,702 square feet.

“This estate is the crown jewel on the most prestigious street in all of Bradenton,” says broker Jay Travis in a press release. “There is literally nothing else like it.
