SARASOTA — Williams Parker recently announced attorneys Christa Folkers, Tommy Gregory and Susan Barrett Hecker have been elected as partners of the firm.
The designations will take effect immediately.
“It is my sincere honor and privilege to welcome Christa, Tommy and Sue as new partners of the firm,” says Michael Wilson, president of Williams Parker, in a press release. “Each has demonstrated leadership and excellence over the years and we look forward to their continued contributions to our clients and the community.”
Folkers has 17 years of experience practicing law as a board certified real estate specialist, primarily with Williams Parker. Her work is focused on real estate development and transactional matters, with an emphasis on commercial and residential real estate development. Gregory is a litigation attorney with more than twenty years of experience. He specializes in enforcement of contract rights and payment claims, commercial civil litigation, and complex, multi-party litigation. In addition to assisting clients, Gregory was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2018. A Republican, he currently represents District 73, covering portions of Manatee and Sarasota counties.
Hecker, a trusts and estates attorney, has been with the firm since 1993. She focuses on helping families develop personalized, tax-efficient estate plans using current estate planning methodologies.
