TAMPA - Terrance Cook has been named regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida's West Central Division.
In that role, Cook will oversee the daily operations of 14 offices and more than 1,100 realtors in the greater Tampa Bay area, according to a statement. “Terrance has dedicated himself, with the upmost professionalism, to the growth of affiliated agents under his leadership and to the success of the company,” Coldwell’s Florida president, Duff Rubin, says in a statement.
Cook, who’s been with Coldwell Banker for almost 20 years, was the managing broker for the company’s Lakewood Ranch and east Manatee offices before taking on the new position. Under him, the company says, the Lakewood Ranch office was Coldwell Bankers’ top office in Florida, based on net profit, in 2018 and 2019.
Cook has been in sales for about 30 years and replaces Charles Richardson who is retiring in May.
