WESLEY CHAPEL - Mattamy Homes will hold a virtual grand opening Wednesday, April 21, for its new Wesley Chapel development and then open appointment-only sales the following morning.
Initial sales will be limited to those who attend the grand opening, which will be held on Mattamy’s Facebook page at 5 p.m., according to a statement.
The new gated townhouse community, named Volanti, will be about 22 miles from downtown Tampa and will feature four floorplans.
The developer says the homes will range from 1,667 square feet to 2,574 square feet. There will be three- and four-bedroom homes available with one- and two-car garages.
Mattamy did not disclose pricing on the homes.
Kathleen Dec, senior marketing manager for the developer’s Tampa and Southwest Florida division, says in a statement that the townhomes come with features “that are very popular in some nearby communities.”
“The floorplans and community amenities that will be featured in Volanti have been designed based on buyer feedback to ensure we meet the evolving needs of our homebuyers, today and in the future,” Dec says in the statement.
Among the amenities are a pool with shaded cabana, grilling station and social area with fire pits.
Construction of four models will begin in April and should be ready by August.
