Roofing distributor names managing partner for area

SARASOTA — Brad Roberts, manager of ABC Supply Co. Inc.’s location in Sarasota, has been promoted to managing partner.

In this role, Roberts will participate in ABC Supply’s National Branch Advisory Board and provide senior management with feedback on various topics. He will also continue to supervise ABC Supply’s Sarasota location at 1542 Apex Road, according to a statement. ABC Supply Co. Inc. is a wholesale distributor of roofing and select exterior and interior building products.

Roberts joined ABC Supply in 2010 when the company acquired Bradco Supply, where he started working in 2006. He worked as an inside and outside sales representative before becoming assistant manager. In 2011, he was promoted to delivery services manager at the location. Before becoming manager of the Sarasota location in 2018, Roberts served as the branch manager for the Bradenton location, the release states.
