LAKEWOOD RANCH — Master-planned community developer Neal Land & Neighborhoods has opened two KB Home model homes in the Brightwood neighborhood at North River Ranch.
The openings mark continued growth and development of the multi-phase community in Parrish off Moccasin Wallow Road, according to a press release.
KB Home’s one- and two-story floor plans have up to five bedrooms and three baths. They range in size from about 1,500 to over 2,500 square feet. Pricing for the six plans offered starts in the low $200,000s, the release states.
The model homes are open for private in-person tours by appointment and walk-in visits. Homebuyers can also arrange a live video tour.
