Builder opens two model homes in new community

The openings mark continued growth and development of the multi-phase community in Parrish.

LAKEWOOD RANCH — Master-planned community developer Neal Land & Neighborhoods has opened two KB Home model homes in the Brightwood neighborhood at North River Ranch.

The openings mark continued growth and development of the multi-phase community in Parrish off Moccasin Wallow Road, according to a press release. 

KB Home’s one- and two-story floor plans have up to five bedrooms and three baths. They range in size from about 1,500 to over 2,500 square feet. Pricing for the six plans offered starts in the low $200,000s, the release states. 

The model homes are open for private in-person tours by appointment and walk-in visits. Homebuyers can also arrange a live video tour.

KB Home joins other homebuilders Neal Communities, David Weekley Homes, Centex, Homes by WestBay and Park Square Homes.

“We’re excited to continue the first phase of development at North River Ranch, and deliver on our promise to build mixed-use, walkable communities with the highest standards, bringing them to life with fantastic indoor and outdoor amenities, while staying true to our Florida roots,” says John Neal, president of Neal Land & Neighborhoods, in the statement. 

Neal Land & Neighborhoods is establishing communities throughout Manatee, Sarasota and Hillsborough counties. It currently owns or controls several thousand acres of land entitled for more than 9,000 future residential homes and the supporting mixed-use commercial and retail.  

KB Home operates in 42 markets across eight states.
