TAMPA — Silver Airways has resumed nonstop service, three times per week, between Tampa and Charleston, S.C.

According to a press release, Silver Airways has also resumed nonstop service that links Charleston with Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, where the privately held airline is headquartered.

“As the Southeastern United States safely re-opens, Silver welcomes back military, leisure, and business travelers with Silver’s low fares and reliable service between Charleston — an iconic American coastal city steeped in beauty, culture, military tradition and rich history — and Florida’s three most important travel markets,” Silver Airlines CEO Steve Rossum states in the release. “Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry communities are leaders in business development, serve as the home to vital military bases, and provide countless vacation opportunities. We are very excited.”

To celebrate the resumption of the nonstop routes, Silver is offering fares as low as $49 until Dec. 16, the release states. Travel must be booked on or before Oct. 21.
