TAMPA — A-LIGN, which specializes in cybersecurity and compliance for some 2,500 clients around the world, has hired Mike Herdegen as chief technology officer and Brian Gladstein as senior vice president of marketing.
Tampa-based A-LIGN has seen rapid growth in the past few years, with gross annual revenue rising from $39.67 million in 2018 to $45.91 million last year. Its payroll has swelled from 203 to 329 employees in that time.
According to a press release, Herdegen will oversee product development for A-SCEND 2.0, A-LIGN’s compliance management platform, while Gladstein will lead efforts to drive demand and expand brand awareness in A-LIGN’s key markets.
“I am excited to expand A-LIGN’s executive leadership team to include Mike and Brian,” A-LIGN CEO Scott Price states in the release. “They both have extensive backgrounds as industry leaders with proven track records in high-growth B2B organizations and are prepared to take us to our next phase of evolution and growth. Their leadership will guide us in providing rewarding client outcomes through digital transformation utilizing A-SCEND, and our global brand that serves more than 2,500 clients to allow them to secure their summit.”
Herdegen, the release states, is a co-founder of Tribridge, a Tampa-based tech firm that was acquired by DXC Technology. He served as vice president of information technology.
Gladstein, according to the release, comes to A-LIGN from Vancouver, B.C.-based tech startup Cmd, where he served as vice president of marketing. He brings 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and B2B software to his new role at A-LIGN.
