Atlanta law firm expands in region with new office, partners

Hall Booth Smith has hung its shingle in Tampa — its sixth location in Florida.

TAMPA — Hall Booth Smith P.C., an Atlanta-based law firm, has opened a new office in Tampa’s Westshore business district.

According to a press release, two recently hired partners —  Ryan Rivas and James Maskowitz — will manage the satellite office, which will focus on health care, aging services and insurance casework.

The Tampa expansion, the release states, marks the firm’s sixth location in Florida. The office is located at 2202 N. Westshore Blvd., Suite 200. 

“Ryan and JJ are incredibly talented attorneys with extensive experience in defending the rights of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and assisted-living facilities, insurers, physicians and other health care providers, and this new Tampa office allows us to provide even better service across the entire region,” Hall Booth Smith Managing Partner Alex Booth states in the release. 

Hall Booth Smith, founded in 1989, is a full-service law firm with offices in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, New Jersey and New York. In Florida, it has offices in St. Petersburg, Tallahassee, North Palm Beach, Miami and Jacksonville.
