Airline to launch nonstop seasonal route to North Dakota city

Allegiant’s new service, departing from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and arriving in Fargo, N.D., will begin on Feb. 11.

ST. PETERSBURG — Beginning Feb. 11, Allegiant will offer nonstop flights from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, also known as PIE, its airport code, to Fargo, N.D. 

According to a press release, to celebrate the new seasonal route, Allegiant will offer one-way fares as low as $79. 

“We are excited to welcome travelers from Fargo, N.D., via Allegiant’s nonstop service to PIE,” St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport Director Tom Jewsbury states in the release. “With our award-winning beaches, our Allegiant passengers will be warmly greeted with 361 days of sunshine a year!”

To qualify for the $79 introductory offer, the release states, flights must be purchased by Nov. 18 and travel must be completed by April 11.
