TAMPA — Trenam Law has hired three attorneys, including shareholder Fredrick McClure, who will be part of the firm’s commercial litigation group.

The Tampa-based firm, according to a press release, has also welcomed associates Brian Tunis and Alexander Zesch. Tunis joins the business transactions group, while Zesch will practice as part of the bankruptcy and creditors’ rights group.

Prior to joining Trenam, McClure, the release states, practiced for 18 years with DLA Piper in Tampa and Miami.

“We are very pleased to have Fred, Brian and Alex join team Trenam,” states Marie Tomassi, Trenam Law’s president and managing shareholder, in the release. “Fred brings his many years of commercial litigation experience as well as his dedication to the Tampa Bay community, both of which complement our existing strengths. Brian’s talents will be a great addition to our very busy mergers and acquisitions practice. And we are excited to bring Alex on board after one of our bankruptcy and creditors’ rights lawyers recently entered public service as a federal judge in the bankruptcy court."

McClure and Tunis, the release states, will both practice at the firm’s Tampa office, while Zesch will split his time between the Tampa and St. Petersburg offices.
