According to a press release, the Tampa-based financial institution held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 7 that featured $50 VISA gift card giveaways and a $1,000 donation to Feeding Tampa Bay.

Known as the Galleria Service Center, the new branch is also stocked with marketing materials written in both languages, the release states. Other amenities include a coffee bar and free secure Wi-Fi.

“Suncoast is committed to meeting the needs of our members — and this extends to bringing the very best to our service centers and how the branch environment enhances the support our member advocates provide,” states Kevin Johnson, president and CEO of Suncoast Credit Union, in the release. “This new branch has been thoughtfully designed to welcome all those in the surrounding neighborhood and Hispanic community and we look forward to providing our current and new members with personalized service and access to products to assist with all of their banking needs.”
