LandQwest Commercial Real Estate Services, a Fort Myers-based commercial real estate brokerage firm with offices in Tampa, Naples and Orlando, has named Courtney Saksefski as a principal.

Saksefski, who joined LandQwest in 2015, becomes the first non-income producing executive at the company to be named a partner. In all, she has been in the commercial real estate business since 2005.

She is currently the company’s chief marketing officer.

LandQwest Founding Partner John Mounce says Saksefski has the “rare ability” to “synergize marketing and sales.”

Saksefski becomes the eighth principal at LandQwest, joining Mounce, co-founder Rokki Rogan, property management specialist Mary Gentile, leasing expert Adam Palmer and others.
