LAKEWOOD RANCH — Genoa in The Lake Club, a luxury community in east Manatee County, has had 42 home sales so far this year, contributing to 72 sales in the village overall.

The Lakewood Ranch community includes five neighborhoods with three-, four-, and five-bedroom residences, according to a press release. It has over 20 floor plans ranging in size from 2,400 to over 4,000 square feet under air. Four new models are expected to open later this year, the release adds.

The Lake Club has a 20,000-square-foot Grande Clubhouse, yoga lawn, children’s playground, fitness trail, dog park and sports courts. Six tennis courts, four pickleball courts and a tennis pro shop opened this year, according to the statement.

The Lake Club is a Tuscan-inspired, private club community of custom luxury homes. It is one of 16 actively-selling villages in Lakewood Ranch, the 31,000-acre master-planned community straddling Sarasota and Manatee counties.
