Construction on senior living community nears completion

SARASOTA — Watercrest Sarasota Senior Living Community is now accepting reservations from prospective residents. 

The 198-unit luxury senior living campus in Sarasota is in the final phases of construction by Walker and Co., according to a press release. It is scheduled to open this fall.

Watercrest Sarasota is at 4100 University Parkway. It will include 72 independent living, 94 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments. The complex will have a promenade, fireplace, water wall, multiple dining options, pool, salon and spa, grand balconies and outdoor living spaces. 

Watercrest Sarasota is the second senior living development project through a partnership between Watercrest Senior Living Group and United Properties. The first project, Watercrest Naples Assisted Living and Memory Care, welcomed its first residents earlier this year in Naples.
