TAMPA — Lennar, a Miami-based national homebuilder, has unveiled plans to build another community at Epperson, the master-planned Wesley Chapel neighborhood that features a seven-acre recreational lagoon built by Crystal Lagoons.

According to a press release, Lennar’s latest Epperson project will consist of 122 townhomes that range in size from 1,332 to 1,807 square feet. The residences will be priced from the $200s.

“Epperson is a perfect community for people looking to enjoy incredible experiences like stand-up paddle boarding and the private family beach while living in a low-maintenance townhome,” states Mark Metheny, Lennar’s Tampa division president. “The amenities of Epperson plus the dining and retail destinations like Tampa Premium Outlets and Wiregrass make this community perfect for young professionals, families and empty-nesters.”

Epperson’s Crystal Lagoon features a tidal pool, cabana pool, water-obstacle platform and recreational rentals. The community also boasts a dog park, event pavilion and family beach.
